A useful sourcing brief explains more than the product name. It sets out the intended application, quantities, specifications, acceptable alternatives and commercial constraints. These details allow suppliers to respond on a comparable basis.

Multidisciplinary founding perspective on building products

CFY brings together three founding partners across construction disciplines: Architect İdris YAĞMAHAN (primary buyer contact), Civil Engineer Celalettin YAĞMAHAN and Interior Architect M. Furkan YAĞMAHAN. For building-product enquiries, this supports a structured discussion of architectural drawings, cold-formed & structural steel profiles, interior boards and finishes, dimensional tolerances, system interfaces and export packaging.

Specialist engineering calculations, accredited laboratory testing and formal product certification remain separate services arranged with qualified third-party bodies when required for your project. We aim to make supplier information easier to assess: what the supplier proposes, what the documents identify, what can be observed on site and what still needs a qualified technical answer.

Representation and direct supply are clearly separated

CFY may act as a buyer-support service provider or, under a separate commercial quotation, as a seller of goods. We explain the commercial role for each assignment up front so you always know who is responsible for the service deliverables and who is responsible for the product contract.

We explain known supplier relationships and supplier-related fees before the engagement. If a new connection or fee arrangement arises during the assignment, we disclose it before recommending that supplier or asking you to make a related purchasing decision.

Evidence you can use after the visit

A visit report should help your team make a decision after the visit is over. We record the agreed scope, relevant observations, available evidence and unresolved points. If access to an area, a document or a production stage is unavailable, the report states that clearly rather than implying completion.

This is also why we discuss specialist work separately: a visual observation, a dimensional check, a laboratory test and a formal conformity assessment answer different questions.
