Standard field prices (€490 Factory Visit, €790 Technical Factory Review, €490 Pre-shipment Check, €390 Loading Observation and €690 Accompanied Factory Day) include normal local road travel, ordinary parking and route tolls within our core industrial corridor: Maltepe, Kartal, Pendik, Tuzla, Gebze, Çayırova and Darıca.

Wider Marmara and nationwide Türkiye planning

Locations across the Marmara region—including other districts of İstanbul and Kocaeli, as well as Sakarya, Bilecik, Bursa and Tekirdağ—and industrial zones elsewhere in Türkiye are assessed individually by route, schedule and supplier cooperation.

Before you commit, the written quotation states any extra travel time (€35/hour), vehicle allowance (€0.45/km when using our car, with fuel included in that rate) or pre-approved flights, rail and accommodation at cost, or an agreed fixed travel total.

Share the details that make a visit workable

• The supplier’s legal company name and exact facility or loading address (note that showroom/head-office addresses often differ from production plants).
• A named supplier contact who can confirm the appointment and site access.
• The product family, order reference and specific questions to be addressed on site.
• Your preferred window and any fixed production test or container-loading cut-off.
• Known site-safety, photography or visitor-access conditions.

Coordinate more than one location

If your project involves several Turkish factories, share the full address list early. We assess whether appointments can be grouped into a logical route around production or shipment readiness, and show each site and travel component transparently in your proposal.
