Each plan reserves remote working capacity for one 30-calendar-day term, logged in 15-minute units with a weekly activity summary and one monthly review call included inside plan hours. Site visits, external specialists and third-party expenses are quoted separately. Additional approved remote work is €85/hour (minimum 30 minutes). Unused hours do not roll over, and there is no automatic renewal.
Our core area for standard field prices is Maltepe, Kartal, Pendik, Tuzla, Gebze, Çayırova, Darıca. Normal local road travel, ordinary parking and route tolls within these seven districts are included in the base field fee.
Other cities and industrial zones across Türkiye are assessed by route and availability before commitment. Standard out-of-core rates are €35/hour for return travel time plus €0.45/km when using our car (covering vehicle use and fuel; route tolls and parking shown separately), or pre-approved flights, rail and accommodation at cost. Hourly/km calculation and a fixed travel total are never stacked together.

The standard tariff uses service fees and defined capacity. It does not automatically add a percentage of the goods value. If a different commercial arrangement is proposed for a particular assignment, it is explained in the written offer. Known supplier relationships and supplier-related remuneration are disclosed before the relevant engagement or purchasing decision.
Yes. We review the additional work before quoting it. If a currently available bundle contains work you have already purchased for the same unchanged assignment, the completed eligible component is credited once against that bundle; the quotation shows the credit and remaining scope. Credits do not apply across unrelated suppliers, changed briefs or expired programmes.
The base visit scope is €490 in the core area (Maltepe, Kartal, Pendik, Tuzla, Gebze, Çayırova and Darıca). Other locations require a confirmed travel budget and availability. The full amount is shown before you accept the work.
We commit to the agreed research, observations and reporting. Supplier availability, unexamined goods and future production performance remain outside that commitment. A report can identify unresolved issues and recommend further checks without providing a product guarantee.
Yes, the need can be scoped separately. We can coordinate with an appropriate provider, with its role, fee and responsibility stated in the proposal. Its specialist charge is not silently included in a basic visit fee.
