No. The calculator shows the verified EUR service subtotal for standard service scopes, excluding applicable VAT and any third-party charges. Your written quotation confirms scope fit, schedule, tax treatment and exact route travel before work begins.
The calculator automatically detects that one standard Factory Visit (SS-VISIT) is already included in Source & Visit (PK-SOURCE, €1,290) and excludes the duplicate €490 line item so you are never double-charged for the same visit.
For sites outside Maltepe, Kartal, Pendik, Tuzla, Gebze, Çayırova and Darıca, you can either mark travel as “To be confirmed in written quotation” or enter indicative round-trip hours (€35/hr) and car kilometres (€0.45/km) for road budgeting. Flights, hotels and tolls are quoted at cost.
No. Accepted rush or weekend scheduling adds +25% to the affected service fee only, and the combined scheduling supplement is strictly capped at 25%.
One-off assignments below €1,000 are payable 100% on written acceptance before work starts. One-off assignments of €1,000 or above follow 50% on acceptance and 50% before release of completed final deliverables. Monthly 30-day plans are paid 100% before the term starts.
