We record empty vehicle/container visual condition where accessible, plate/container numbers, package counts and labels against your packing list, visible crating/dunnage condition, loading progression and closing/seal numbers.
Need two containers or trailers loaded back-to-back during the same attendance at the same address? Add a second vehicle of the same product scope for €150, which includes up to two additional on-site hours without double-charging hourly overtime.
If visible damage, wet packaging or a count discrepancy appears during loading, we photograph it and alert your designated contact immediately so you can instruct the supplier or forwarder before departure. Physical forklift operation, lashing/securing engineering, road-weight compliance and carrier safety remain the responsibility of the supplier, loader and carrier.
