Clear answers on how SerSourcing scopes supplier searches, factory visits, quotation comparisons, order follow-up and shipment checks—and where commercial, legal and specialist boundaries sit.
We support international buyers with defined sourcing, factory attendance and purchasing-coordination tasks in Türkiye. The assignment can cover finding suitable suppliers, comparing offers, visiting a factory or following an order.
Yes. You can request a scoped visit or follow-up task for a supplier you have already identified. Share the factory details and the questions you need answered.
No. In a buyer-representation assignment, the goods contract and payment remain between you and the supplier. If CFY offers goods as a seller, that is made clear in a separate supply quotation.
Our primary focus is steel houses, steel villas, prefabricated homes, steel warehouses, industrial factory buildings and hangars—along with all associated structural steel profiles & purlins, PIR/mineral-wool sandwich panels, fibercement/OSB/gypsum boards, thermal/waterproofing insulation, villa & industrial doors/windows, aluminum curtain walls, anchors/sealants, marble/ceramics, sanitaryware, custom millwork, HVAC/plumbing/lighting and villa/hotel FF&E.
Send the brief for review. We assess whether the product, supplier location and required expertise fit a workable scope before accepting the assignment.
Feasibility depends on location, access, scheduling and the supplier’s cooperation. We confirm these factors before agreeing a visit; listing a country-wide service does not mean every location has permanent staff.
The agreed scope determines the checks. It can include discussions with the supplier, observations of relevant production activities, document review and permitted photographs, with a report of findings and open items.
No. A visit answers the questions within its scope. Specialist testing, formal conformity assessment and certification require the appropriate separate process and provider.
We document the work performed and information available. Manufacturing quality, contractual delivery and future performance are not guaranteed by a sourcing or visit report.
We compare the agreed specification, quantity basis, product identification, inclusions, documentation, delivery assumptions and commercial terms. Differences and missing information are highlighted for the buyer.
Sample coordination can be included in the scope. The supplier’s sample cost, transport and any testing are identified separately where applicable. A sample is linked to its reference and revision.
Yes, if an appropriate follow-up scope is agreed. This may include supplier updates, milestone checks or scheduled attendance, with open issues reported to the buyer.
Only if the agreed method explicitly requires that work and it is feasible. Any sample-based check states its sampling basis; it is not described as a full inspection.
Loading supervision can be scoped around identified goods, package counts, visible packing, loading sequence and other agreed observations. The carrier, loader and relevant parties retain their responsibilities.
We can scope coordination of readiness, packing information and pickup requirements. Physical consolidation, storage and transport must be agreed with the appropriate service providers.
We can coordinate the collection and review of agreed shipping information. Customs representation and formal clearance are handled by the appropriately authorised parties.
Our published standard services start at €190 for a Supplier Desk Check, €490 for a core-area Factory Visit and €690 for a Supplier Shortlist. Defined packages and 30-day buying-office plans are also available. Work outside the standard limits, travel and specialist requirements are confirmed in the written quotation.
No. Sending the enquiry starts the scope discussion. Work and appointments begin under separately agreed commercial terms.
Where included in scope and permitted by the factory, photographs or video can support the report. Access and permission limits are stated if relevant.
This can be discussed when planning the visit, subject to factory permission, timing and connectivity. It is not assumed to be available at every site.
Yes, you can request a confidentiality discussion before sending sensitive documents. Share only information you are authorised to disclose.
We explain our commercial role and any known supplier relationships or supplier-related fees before you engage us. If a new connection or fee arrangement arises during the assignment, we disclose it before recommending that supplier or asking you to make a related purchasing decision.
We can collect and compare the information. Approval for the intended application remains with the buyer’s authorised designer, engineer or other responsible specialist.
Use the request form or WhatsApp. Provide the product, quantity, destination, supplier details if known and the purchasing decision you need help with.
