Import to Germany & DACH
DACH corridor guide: A.TR/EUR.1 customs, EN 1090 & GEG thermal compliance, and 5–7 day mega-trailer / Trieste Ro-Ro logistics.
Explore GuideA product can be available in Türkiye and still need additional information before it is suitable for your destination or project. The purchasing brief should connect the intended use, buyer requirements and documentation expected by the importing party.
SerSourcing helps international buyers organise technical and commercial questions with Turkish suppliers. The service scope can cover sourcing, a factory visit, technical quotation comparison or order follow-up. Your importer, designer, engineer or customs specialist remains responsible for the formal decisions within their own role.
Include the destination country, intended use and the product documentation your importer or project team requires. Ask suppliers to identify the exact product and manufacturing configuration covered by their declarations or test information.
If a product requires specialist assessment, make that requirement part of the purchasing plan before finalising the order. Shipping from Türkiye, a customs movement document (such as A.TR for eligible industrial goods) and product conformity (such as CE marking or Declaration of Performance under construction-product rules) are separate subjects; the relevant parties should review each for the specific goods.
State the project location and the exact specification used by your contractor or design team. Metric dimensions, product references, system interfaces and accepted alternatives should be explicit, particularly when comparing products sourced from different manufacturing ranges.
Ask your UK importer or project adviser to confirm the current regulatory and conformity requirements that apply to the product and project location. A supplier’s previous sale to another market does not settle the requirements for your own project.
A mixed purchasing list may involve several suppliers with different completion dates and road-freight loading locations. Provide a line-by-line list, destination and intended shipment arrangement. We can scope coordination of supplier readiness, packing information and pickup requirements.
Agree who will consolidate, load and document the goods before assuming that items from different factory addresses can travel on the same trailer.
For projects involving drawings and detailed material schedules, identify the latest revision and the decision-maker who can approve an alternative. Organise supplier questions around the application, product identification, interfaces and required evidence.
Language versions of brochures are useful, but the technical content and revision still need to match the exact product configuration being purchased. We help gather and compare information for review by your project team.
Send the destination and product brief even if your country is not listed here. We assess the requested work based on the product, supplier access and specialist requirements. This page describes the buyers we can discuss assignments with; it is not a list of completed export projects or overseas offices.
