Loading Supervision
On-site loading observation for 1 truck or container (up to 4 hours)—recording package counts, visible packing, vehicle/container IDs, sequence and seal.
Estimate transport units, gross cargo weight, volume-versus-payload limits and critical 11.80 m container splice constraints before signing a Turkish steel villa, modular camp or warehouse fabrication order.
Reviewed for technical terminology, Turkish factory field reality and published EUR scope boundaries (not statutory engineering sign-off).
Indicative engineering planning tool — final packing list, axle/container payload and customs classification must be confirmed against signed shop drawings, mill weights and your customs broker.
In Turkish steel construction and prefabricated building exports, freight overruns rarely come from ocean or road rates alone—they happen when rafters, columns or roof sandwich panels exceed the usable internal length (12.03 m nominal, 11.80 m safe clearance) of a closed 40' High Cube container, or when dense fibercement boards hit axle/payload limits at half volume.
| Transport Unit | Internal Length | Width × Height | Practical Safe Payload | Best-Fit Cargo Profile |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 40' High Cube (40' HC) | 12.03 m (cap <= 11.80 m) | 2.35 m × 2.69 m | ~26,000 – 26,800 kg | LGSF villa kits, flat-pack cabins, PIR sandwich panels, bolted hangar steel |
| 13.60 m EU Mega-Trailer | 13.60 m (cap <= 13.40 m) | 2.48 m × 2.95 m | ~22,000 – 24,000 kg | Side/top crane loading to Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, France, Italy & Balkans |
| 20' Heavy Dry Van (20' DC) | 5.89 m (cap <= 5.70 m) | 2.35 m × 2.39 m | ~27,000 – 28,000 kg | High-density fibercement pallets, marble/travertine crates, anchor/bolt lots |
| 40' Open-Top / Flat-Rack | 12.03 m | Top / side open | ~28,000 – 38,000 kg | Oversize welded hangar girders where bolted splices are not permitted (freight premium) |

On-site loading observation for 1 truck or container (up to 4 hours)—recording package counts, visible packing, vehicle/container IDs, sequence and seal.
On-site pre-dispatch review of accessible quantities, dimensions, labels, visible condition and export packing for up to 5 SKUs before balance release.
Source pre-engineered steel warehouses, industrial factory halls, logistics buildings and aircraft/agricultural hangars—plus purlins, sandwich panels and hangar doors.
Source panelised prefabricated houses, modular homes, workforce camp buildings, flat-pack office/living containers and sanitary cabins in Türkiye.
A complete LGSF steel villa shell and envelope kit (galvanized framing, exterior fibercement/OSB boards, mineral wool insulation, roof sandwich/cladding sheets and joinery) typically averages 120–150 m² of gross floor area per 40' HC container depending on wall height and finish scope.
Standard 2.40 m × 6.00 m flat-pack modular cabins typically pack 6 to 8 demounted units per 40' HC container or 7 to 8 units per 13.60 m European mega-trailer when wall panels and corner posts are bundled without pre-installed fragile fixtures.
Although a 40' container measures 12.03 m internally, forklift maneuvering, end-plate gussets and timber end-blocking require roughly 20–25 cm of safety margin. Designing rafters and columns with bolted splices at <= 11.80 m avoids costly Open-Top or Flat-Rack surcharges.
Curtain-side and sliding-roof 13.60 m mega-trailers allow side forklift and overhead crane loading in 45–90 minutes without sliding long 12 m sandwich panels longitudinally through narrow container doors, drastically reducing panel edge denting.
Standalone SS-LOAD (€390) witnesses physical stuffing, count and sealing on loading day; PK-SHIP (€1,290) adds a prior SS-PRE pre-shipment check so dimensional defects, missing bolts or coating damage are caught while time remains to rework before the truck arrives.
